This session presented by Alzheimer Calgary will explore the unique stressors associated with dementia care. Together, we’ll delve into the experiences of stress and anxiety that often accompany this role, discussing effective strategies to prevent burnout. Participants will leave with practical tools to promote self-care and resilience. Join us to enhance your caregiving journey and maintain your own well-being. For those in a caregiving role, as well as anyone interested to learn more about it.

Kidz Kamp 2026 is just around the corner, and we need YOU to help make it extraordinary! This year’s theme, Rainforest Falls, invites kids on an exciting adventure to discover the beauty and wonder of God’s creation while exploring His true nature.

Throughout the week, kids will discover what it means to be rooted in a relationship with God, our Creator, and find a safe haven in Him during life’s storms. Every activity, story, and moment is intentionally crafted to help kids deepen their understanding of who God is and how much He loves them.

We’re looking for passionate, fun-loving, and dedicated volunteers to join our team and invest in the next generation. Whether you love leading games, telling stories, guiding crafts, serving snacks, or simply being a friendly and encouraging presence, there’s a place for you at Kidz Kamp!
